Sharon was gentle when checking my teeth, gums, and jaw, and caring and honest in her feedback and guidance. She emphasises minimally invasive and non-toxic preventative home care in addition to regular check-ups as part of a healthy lifestyle. She didn't charge me for her check-up which I thought was very kind. 5/5
Charlie explained every step of the EMS Airflow Biofilm Guided Therapy, which made me feel well looked-after and in good hands. She was kind, encouraging, and very skilled in her clinical approach. My only bit of constructive criticism is that she could be a little more gentle when using the Piezon Ultrasonic Scaler as I think it cut into my gums a couple of times (and I noticed some minor bleeding up to a few hours after the procedure; I didn't notice this in the past when I had the more traditional scale and clean).
